Boxe Ruark Audio MR1 Ca boxe pentru calculator, sunt ideale, dar sunt in egala masura si in spatiul de acasa, pentru a imbunatati sunetul unui TV sau ca extensie pentru modelele R2i/R4i sau alte sisteme. Chiar si singure MR1 sunt capabile sa se comporte ca un sistem muzical adevarat (doar conectati un pickup sau un CD player) iar cu Bluetooth si apt-X, semnalul audio poate fi captat si auzit prin MR1s cu un sunet de calitate CD. Ca si la celelalte produse Ruark, MR1 detine un amplificator linear Class A-B stereo cu sursa de alimentare de capacitate mare. Amplificatoarele lineare sunt folosite in echipamentele audio cele mai bune din lume, si in opinia Ruark Audio acestea ofera un sunet de departe mai bun fata de noile amplificatoare digitale ce ofera un sunet artificial si fortat prin comparatie. MR1 foloseste doua difuzoare noi, proiectate special pentru a produce performanta muzicala in incinte de dimensiune mica. Folosind cele mai noi procedee software pentru proiectare, constructia woofer-ului si tweeter-ului asigura minimum de distorsiuni si reflexii.
